As you may know, Home Depot does a free kid's workshop the first Saturday of every month, from 9am-noon, with no pre-registration required, just show up/drop in. The crafts are relatively easy, and require little or no adult supervision. Hammers and Wood Glues are provided to complete the craft. After you complete your craft you can paint it and take it home. You also get a certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last. The workshop is recommended for ages 5-12.
