REVIEW: Macaroni Kid Duck Tape Party

By Angie Appoo March 22, 2013
As you may know Duck Tape is all the rage these days, and they come in a gazillion different colors and patterns, including sports teams. You can make purses, baskets, roses, hair bows, ties, and even clothes out of Duck Tape. Yes, I said clothes - both for dolls and people!

This past Saturday we were privileged to host our first ever Macaroni Kid Duck Tape party, featuring Duck Tape's new pastel colors, or what I like to call Easter or Spring colors; pink, blue, yellow, and lavender. These colors are so soft and pretty; think of cotton candy and newborn chicks!

We were all novices at Duck Tape creations, although there are endless ideas for "
Ducktivities" on the web, especially on Pinterest, so we decided to start off easy with Duck Tape Easter Egg Picture Frames. The kids ranged from ages 4-8, so while these works of art are not "professional", the kids were very creative, had a ton of fun, and their works will be proudly displayed nonetheless on the highest honor - the kitchen fridge.

We will definitely be creating more duck tape crafts soon as everyone had a blast!
