Ever since Unicorn moved into the neighborhood, Goat has been feeling out of sorts. Goat thought his bike was cool—until he saw that Unicorn could fly to school! Unicorn is such a show-off, how can Goat compete? But when Goat and Unicorn share a piece of pizza, Goat learns that being a unicorn might not be all it's cracked up to be. Unicorn Thinks He’s Pretty Great, by Bob Shea, is a well-written children’s tale about acceptance and not judging others before getting to know them. The glittery cover and the bright graphics really pop on the page.  It's truly a treat to read to your kids and a great reminder, if not introduction, to a valuable life lesson.
