Eggland's Best Eggs Make the Best Meals!

I recently had a little get together with a few local moms and their kids. As I contemplated on what to serve, I knew I wanted healthy and delicious snacks. Many of the dishes that came to mind all included eggs in the recipe - and of course Eggland's Best Eggs was the brand of my choice. I visited the Eggland's Best Eggs website, as they have a whole resource section with recipes. I chose to make Egg Salad Sandwiches (which were a big hit with the kids), Deviled Eggs, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Blueberry Muffins, and Sugar Cookies. There were so many recipes listed - I can't wait to try out more of them!
