Kidiminiz are small battery operated digital animals. They are adorable, fun, interactive electronic pets available in dogs, bunnies, cats and various colors. There is a customizable LCD screen face, music, and games and the kids thought it was fun to "feed" the "pet" with the included accessory (carrot, bone, etc). They are easy to carry as they fit in the palm of your hands, or in a purse/bag. They speak, sing, and interact with kids as well as each other if you have more than one. It is also a clock and alarm clock, and has currently found a residence on our night stand when not being toted around by our daughter. This toy is geared to kids age 4-7 but really kids younger and older love it. Since it is by Vtech, you can be assured it will be durable, and long lasting, as well as it won't break the bank! It is definitley a 2012 Hot and affordable Toy!
