Happy Friday!
This week we've got a list of consignment sales and a feature on one particular upcoming sale in Buford. Last week's newsletter had an article on why you should shop consignment sales. Although all these sales will have spring/summer clothing - keep in mind when August rolls around for the fall/winter sales to buy appropriate winter clothing for your family, as well as maybe a few extra pieces for needy families. This past week, I've heard of so many kids not dressed properly for the bitter cold we have been having. It's a given we will have below freezing temps at least once a year. And we do have temps under 40 multiple times in the winter months.

Preparing for these types of weather is highly important. As well as winter apparel comes in handy when visiting Snow Mountain, Snow World, or even Trick or Treating at night, as some Halloweens have been cold and kids are outdoors for a long period of time.

I know funds are limited for some. We encourage visiting consignment sales so that clothing, for winter or summer, can be affordable for all families. In addition to consignment sales, NOW is the time to hit up department stores for winter clearance sales. I bought a brand-new  coat for MacGirl to wear next year, at 80% off.

I'm looking forward to Spring, and I bet you all are too. I'm already thinking of where we will be heading for Spring Break in April (makes getting through this current weather more bearable). I think Tennessee is the winner. Be on the lookout for upcoming posts on travel ideas, staycation ideas, and even camp ideas.

As always, we appreciate you stopping by!
