Taste of the Holidays at Stars and Strikes

By Rachel Horlacher September 10, 2019

It's begining to look a lot like Christmas, in September, but hey.

Stars and Strikes does holiday office parties every year. We had the privilege of attending their tasting party. When we first walked in they gave each of us a $5 game card, we ultimately pocketed for later since we didn't find any games we wanted to play. After we checked in, we went to the appetizer room where they had buffalo chicken dip, spinach salad, and fruit kebabs. I enjoyed the other items. After that, we went to the main room where they had stations set up of holiday  food. They had ham, sweet potatoes, and stuffing. My favorite was the personal pasta station where you could mix and match ingredients. The best desert, in my opinion, was the cheesecake.

After we ate, we went and bowled. We won't mention my score, but needless to say my husband easily
doubled my score. My husband was in heaven since we don't get to bowl as much as he would like. Before kids came, we bowled at least once a month, we lived by this old bowling alley where you kept your own score.  Neither of us enjoy laser tag, so we skipped that, and they also offered bumper cars as an option in the parties. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening and would be very happy if I had an office party there.

Stars and Strikes has 3 convenient locations: Loganville, Buford, and Dacula. So, if you have any say in your holiday party, give Stars and Strikes a chance.
