Santa in Tucker

A Pop-up Photo Experience Capturing the Real Spirit of the Season.

October 3, 2019

November 23-24 & November 30-December 1st . BiG PiC brings their merry blend of boutique photography, family festivities and fundraising to historic downtown Tucker. There's no waiting in lines for a lackluster Santa photo– instead, families eat cookies, make crafts, and make spirits bright, until it’s time to say cheese for the camera. The best part? All of Santa's proceeds go to pediatric cancer research.

Started by creative director, Candice, alongside her husband and well-renowned photographer Ben Rose– BiG PiC pairs creative, high-quality photography with fun family experiences and pops-up around town. Candice says, “I remember wanting Pinterest worthy pictures of my kids. But the process is stressful, and life gets busy, and one day I realized, all my pictures are on my phone!" So the BiG PiC was born, to give families a simple, fun way to capture those smiles.

Due to the boutique nature of the photography, you'll find a whimsical and creative set, with the goal being to capture each child's unique interaction with Santa. But Santa in Tucker goes beyond the photo session; parents will book online months in advance for the opportunity to walk into the Winter Wonderland. There will be crafts, cookies, a gift market, entertainment, and much more.

The part the owners are most excited about is the opportunity to give back. They sought out a way to make this more than a pop-up photo business, and they found a Santa who embodies the spirit of Christmas. All Santa's proceeds go to benefit the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and the University of Florida Proton Therapy Institute (UFPTI). Both organizations are crucial to saving the lives of children and helping their families through a difficult time. "When we partnered with Santa Joe, I happy cried. This is what it's about. This is the big picture," said Candice.

Book early to guarantee your spot for this boutique experience, there are only two weekends in November and spaces are limited. Learn more at http://tuckersanta.com.
