In partnership with Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation, Steamers Futbol Club (Steamers FC) is a non-profit soccer club dedicated to serving the needs of our local community.
Details:
Operating out of Bethesda Park, in Lawrenceville, GA Steamers Futbol Club provides recreational and competitive soccer for all play levels. Soccer is growing in popularity, and we love to watch our players thrive as they learn new tactical and technical skills, while also developing lasting friendships. We offer affordable programs for our littlest Minikickers (3 years old) up through young adults (19 years old). While the recreational teams are coed at the younger ages, the older age groups are gender-specific. Each year, we offer both Spring (February-May) and Fall (August-November) seasons. There are no tryouts for our rec teams, but each Spring there are tryouts for our Academy, Athena, and Classic teams. Registration can be completed through a simple online process through our website, www.steamersfc.com. Occasional dates of in-person registration are offered before the start of the season — details are shared on our website and Facebook page.
Dates and Times:
- Practices take place 1-2 times in the evening during the week
- Games take place on Saturdays (occasional Sundays if needed)
