We aim to treat our customers the way we want to be treated. Therefore, we are always honest and never overcharge. My husband, Elijah, has been in the appliance industry since 1996. He continually trains with manufacturers to stay educated on new products and technology. When you make an appointment, we will give you a diagnostic price. We come out, assess the problem, tell you what the problem is, show you any parts needed and explain why, and give you a completed repair quote. If you choose to complete the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived & you will only be charged the quoted price. If you do not want to complete the repair, you will only be charged the diagnostic fee. We do not have any hidden fees, trip charges, etc..
