Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary Reopens to the Public

Utilizing Online Tickets and Social Distancing

May 11, 2020

Here is a press release from Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary about their reopening and new policies in place for social distancing. The first day for reservations is Thursday, May 14th.

WE'RE SO EXCITED!

We are trying the "SNEAK PEEK" weekends again! Hopefully, nothing like record-breaking rain or a Worldwide pandemic will slow us down this time. Due to coronavirus, we have had to change a few things. One of those involves slightly increased ticket prices for a temporary time.

ADULTS    $18.00
SENIORS 65+ and ACTIVE MILITARY & VETS    $17.00
CHILDREN 3 - 12      $12.00

We are limiting admittance to make social distancing easier. We have also implemented online ticket purchasing to book and pay for tickets (you can also add feed for the petting zoo as outside food for the animals is not allowed). Tickets will not be sold on-site to avoid contact while purchasing so please visit the website to purchase in advance. Simply bring your confirmation email and enter on the side porch. I will do some Facebook videos to show the process later this week. Reservations are fully refundable so if for some reason you need to cancel please do so before your reservation time.
We hope to see you soon!

Please note, when you visit, the gift shop will be open but you must wear a mask to enter. We will accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Hoping all the Momma Bears had a glorious, love-filled Mother's Day weekend!
Thank you, once again, for your patience and understanding.
We'll see you soon!
