My family had the privilege of being able to drive thru the lights at The Glow Light Show the day after Thanksgiving. You reserve a timed entry online, however depending on the traffic, they will let you in a little late. We had tickets for 8 and we arrived at 8:30 and were admitted. You pay per car, or you can take the trolley which is per person. The trolley also tends to sell out, so the car is a better option. You have a radio station that you tune into to be able to have the lights in sync with the music. It's at Cool Ray Field's parking lot, so it's not huge or a lengthy amount of time. It probably took us around half an hour to drive through. If you want more, there is a festival as well, but we did not stop to participate in it as we'd already had a full day and had another Thanksgiving to prep for.
