SNELLVILLE: Drive Thru Trunk or Treat @ Snellville City Hall

Description

 On Halloween from 6pm-8pm, there will be a drive-thru starting at city hall.  Police officers will be handing out candy to kids as their parents drive them through.  Will give additional instructions closer to Halloween on entry & exit locations.  

We will still be doing the Halloween costume contest, with additional details about that a little closer to Halloween.  WIN A RIDE TO SCHOOL IN A POLICE CAR!
