Meditation has been known to significantly reduse stress, anxiety, depression and even pain. It can also help enhance peace, percetion, self-concept and well-being. Stone Mountain Mall is offering FREE Meditation Classes every 2nd & 4th Tuesday and Thursday of each month at 9 am, with additional classes also available by calling 678-653-5380. The sessions are lead by AJ Jarman, master of meditation. So take some time to relax, relate and meditate. Classes are located iside the mall's main entrance behind the center jewelry console. Class sizes are limited due to social distancing. Please wear your mask. Please bring your own mat and plenty of water to replienish.
