When I heard about Creatacard Card Maker by American Greetings, I knew this would be perfect for all my card needs, and especially Grandparents' Day cards since I was already so behind.
Creatacard is a FREE app exclusively made for iPad users, allowing artists of all abilities and ages to stamp on their personal touch to a store-quality card. In my opinion, that's especially great for teachers' cards, so a student can share their appreciation, in their own words. Kids (and adults) can create a card right at home - so take as much or little time as you need in designing the perfect card!
Equipped with a large variety of tools, artists can decorate their creations by using pencils, paintbrushes, crayons, markers, stickers, letters and more. All tools are available in every color you (or your recipient) could desire! You can even add photos, and accentuate with various photo frames. There are also templates available if you need structure or inspiration. Your kids will have so much fun decorating a card for their friends and families' Birthdays, Christmas and other holidays.
My 9-year-old is a budding artist, and so she completely loves this app. I love that it's fostering a love of art, creative expression, and promoting displays of love and affection. With the ease and simplicity of creating a card with this app, I know more people will be getting cards from us.
After creating a card, you can submit it to American Greetings, and they will print and mail it for you. How easy it that! It only costs $3.49 per card. You can then even track the card through production, its arrival to the post office and eventually to it's destination - anywhere in the world! Which is great because my Father-In-Law lives in Guyana (South America) as well as we have family in Canada and other parts of the world.
Grandparents' Day is quickly approaching on September 7th. You have to submit a card TODAY, August 28th for it to arrive in their mailbox in time.
